Wise words
Sometimes we focus on earning money to the exclusion of thinking about our values. This can leave us feeling ungrounded and without direction. But it is possible to integrate our financial goals with our moral priorities. I believe that it is critical that we do so.
The Torah offers us wise words to help us through difficult periods. Its wisdom gives us perspective on the fundamentals – not just getting through the rough times, and not just giving tzedakah - charity, but the halachic implications of the need to make money. We need to connect to haShem in this aspect of our lives as much as in every other part.
I have a burning desire to share this wisdom, as I have learned it; to give and to help people be successful. I have faced serious financial difficulty, so I know how emotionally draining that can be. It has made me sensitive to the need for wealth creation. I want to share the content that helped me when I was struggling and after.
For years, I have been collecting [clips and videos] containing the Torah’s guidance on financial matters. Now I am happy to be able to share that with you. Some of these are only minutes long; others take more time and go deeper. Each one offers a particular insight and together, they can help you ground your financial goals in Jewish values and halacha.
